Neil is very responsive to your questions and needs as a client. He provided terrific advice when we received multiple offers for our home. Neil has sold two homes for us.   I definitely recommend Neil Timmins. He helped us get our dream home. He was professional and yet he was fun to work with. He worked around our crazy schedules, always had several houses set up to show us on the same day. Listened to what we wanted in a house and to what we liked and didnt like about the houses we rejected. Neil gave us great advice on how and what we needed to do once we found the house we wanted. He even suggested a bank that saved us a lot more money than the bank we had picked. He was there for us right through to the day we closed. We would use him again in a heartbeat.
